Billy V. Dice Sr., 81, died on Tuesday, Oct. 18, 2022, after a brief illness. Funeral services will be held Friday, Oct. 21, at Burns Funeral Home of Perry at 2 p.m. Interment will in Pisgah Cemetery. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service, beginning at 1 p.m. All arrangements are under the direction of Burns Funeral Home of Perry.
