Curtis may remain city attorney

The city council has postponed a decision on who will serve as the City of Perry’s legal counsel until at least November — allowing incoming Councilman Bill Brynes a chance to have input – and to possibly consider a proposal that could result in retaining current City Attorney Ray Curtis.
