Former code enforcement board rep cited for violations

Former City of Perry Code Enforcement Board member Tonya Holton has been cited for having horses on her property within the city limits, in violation of current zoning and land use regulations.

Holton, who remains on the city’s Planning and Zone Board as well as its Board of Adjustment, has a hearing date of Monday, Dec. 2, before the city’s newly appointed Code Enforcement Magistrate. (The violation was issued to both Holton and her husband, Stacy, as the property owners.)
