Willingham honored for heroic actions in sister’s shark attack

Taylor County firefighter/EMT Rhett Willingham has been formally recognized by the Taylor County Commission for his actions in helping to save the life of his 17-year-old sister, Addison Bethea, during a July shark attack off the county’s coast.
