Rodney Harold Pickett

Rodney Harold Pickett, 67, passed away on Oct. 29, 2022, in Lake City.

He was born June 17, 1955, in New York to Harold C. Pickett and Joyce L. Webster Pickett.

Rodney was very involved in his church with the sound board, worship and playing music. He loved to spend time with his family and to hunt and fish.

Rodney was preceded in death by his parents, Harold C. Pickett and Joyce L. Webster Pickett.

He is survived by: his son, Brandon Pickett; two sisters, Linda Pettrey (Jackie) and Debbie Harrop (Harold); his companion, Patty Pickett; and grandchildren; as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, Nov. 6, at 3 p.m. at Burns Funeral Home of Perry with Curt Whitfield officiating. Interment services will follow immediately afterward in Airline Cemetery in Mayo. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, from 2-3 p.m.
