Low ranking on health outcomes to be addressed

Recognizing that Taylor County ranks among the bottom tier of Florida’s counties when it comes to community health outcomes — including cancer and pneumonia mortality rates double the state average — local health officials recently convened several focus groups in order to narrow down and address the most pressing health needs in the community.
