Brynes finds mistakes in resolution, city delays action on $3.28 million water system upgrade

The City of Perry temporarily tabled action on a major drinking water facilities upgrade after Councilman Bill Brynes pointed out several mistakes in a resolution authorizing the city to apply for a $3.28 million grant/loan from the state.
