Thursday ceremony will honor local WWII veteran

The Fenholloway River bridge on U.S. 27 East will be officially dedicated in honor of World War II veteran and prisoner of war (POW) U.S. Army Private Tillman R. Clark during a ceremony Thursday, Dec. 1, at 11 a.m.
