Mary A. Simmons, 76, of Perry, passed away on Dec. 4, 2022. She was born in Pittsview, Ala., and was a member of the Trinity House of Praise. She is survived by: her children, Gregory, Darrin (Margaret), Melvin (Veda), Kenneth (Keyana), Julia (Frank) and Wanda (Charles); brothers, Otis, Jessie, Johnny James, Michael, Calvin and Rodney; sisters, Susie, Geraldine and Maryetta; 28 grandchildren; and 30 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held Saturday, Dec. 10, from 4-6 p.m. At Trinity House of Mary A. Simmons Praise. Funeral services will be held Sunday, Dec. 11, at 2:30 p.m. At the Temple of God Church.
