Ms. Vicki Ann Hatton, 75, of Perry, passed away on Dec. 8, 2022.
She was first and foremost a daughter of the High King and earthly daughter of the late James William Thompson and Gladys Wilson.
She was preceded in death by: her parents; her husband, John Hatton; her brother, Daniel Thompson; and many loved ones.
She is survived by: her three children, James Oakleaf (Janet) of Perry, Heather Powell (Brian) of Rosman, N.C., and John Oakleaf of New Mexico; two grandchildren, Zack Hatton (Kelsey) of Jacksonville and Trinity Oakleaf of Perry; one sister, Sylvia Wilson of Tampa; one brother, Charles Wilson of Perry; and two nephews, James Thompson and Larry Norton, both of Florida.
Vicki was loving mother, sister, wife and friend to many.
She loved God with every ounce in her and she loved her family, church (First Baptist) and the Republican Party, where she dedicated and served as the chairwoman of the Taylor County Republican Party.
A celebration of life service will be held Tuesday, Dec. 20, at 11 a.m. At First Baptist Church of Perry.
