Stein. First Ave. paving one step closer

The county’s efforts to resurface and widen First Avenue in Steinhatchee are once again moving forward, after the Taylor County Commission agreed to purchase $148,000 in state and federal “mitigation credits” to offset the expected environmental impacts of the project.
