Duke proposes 20%-37% increase in electric bills

Duke Energy electrical customers could see a 20% increase in their monthly bill beginning in April, if the Florida Public Service Commission (FPSC) approves the company’s proposed adjustments to its “fuel and capacity rates,” as well as for the recovery of “storm restoration costs.”
