Burns claims deadly force ‘justified’

The attorney representing accused murderer Kenneth Brian Burns asserted his client was “justified” in stabbing his former wife, Loriann “Lori” Burns, seven times and cutting her throat – twice – because she initially attacked him with the blade of a multi-purpose tool.
