Super-Pufft agrees to pay $990,000

Following a lengthy and sometimes heated debate, the Perry City Council has approved a new five-year utility agreement with Super-Pufft Snacks USA, under which the company agrees to repay the city $990,000 over the next three years to cover the amount the company was inadvertently underbilled for gas services over a two-year period.
