City may try to ‘piggy-back’ Waste Pro contract

After learning a contract with Waste Pro Services expired more than a year ago, the City of Perry is considering “piggy-backing” off of a similar governmental contract for commercial solid waste hauling services over the next several months while advertising for new bids.
