Frank Paul Finecey

Frank Paul Finecey, 73, passed away on Jan. 28, 2023, in Perry.

He was born June 21, 1949, in Baltimore, Md., to George Finecey and Catherine Smith Finecey.

Frank honorably served his country in the United States Navy submarine service from 1969 to 1978. He loved playing music on his guitar and making art.

Frank was preceded in death by: his parents, George and Catherine Finecey; two sisters, Patricia and Diane; and his son, Sean Finecey.

Mr. Finecey is survived by: his wife of 52 years, Fran Finecey; his daughter, Kim Finecey; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and his brother, George; as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Feb. 11, at 2 p.m. at St. James Episcopal Church with the Rev. Kent Thompson officiating.
