    Tracilla ‘Cil’ Sapuyot Frith

    Posted on February 3, 2023

Tarcilla “Cil” Sapuyot Frith, 75, stepped into Glory on Saturday, Jan. 28, 2023, in Tallahassee.

Cil was born Dec. 24,1947, in Limay, Bataan Philippines, to Romauldo Sapuyot and

    Irene Sapuyot.

She is survived by: her husband, Reggie Frith; granddaughter, Savannah Coxwell; sister,

Lolita Sapuyot Arcenas; brother, Miguel Sapuyot; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Cil was preceded in death by: her parents; her beloved daughter, Susan; and two brothers,

    Cesario Sapuyot and Francisco Sapuyot.

Cil excelled in academics, allowing her to graduate with honors from Fabella School of Midwifery

    in Manilla, March 1970.

Because of her high grades on her board exam, she finished in the top ten and was granted the privilege of moving in March 1970 to Germany for employment.

While in Germany she traveled to other surrounding countries as her schedule permitted, enjoying all the sights.

While in Germany, Cil met her husband, Reggie, and they returned to the states to marry in February 1973.

Their next Army assignment took them to Hawaii and, after that, they returned to the states to make their home.

Cil worked for many years at Doctors’ Memorial Hospital before her retirement.

She always enjoyed traveling and helping others wherever a need arose. Her main focus was

taking care of Reggie, spending time with Savannah and “visiting” every day on her computer

with family in the Philippines, United Kingdom and Chicago.

She will be forever in our hearts.

Her family will receive visitors on Saturday, Feb. 4, from 2-4 p.m. in the Fellowship

Hall of New Home Baptist Church. Light refreshments will be served as we celebrate the

    life of our sweet Cil.

There will be a private burial.

All arrangements are under the direction of Burns Funeral Home.
