Brynes denies he made ‘accusations’

Perry City Councilman Bill Brynes denied making any “allegations” when he brought up rumors regarding outgoing City Manager Taylor Brown possibly going to work for local manufacture Super-Pufft Snacks at the council’s Jan. 10 meeting.
