Future home of Capital City Bank

Construction site work is underway at the future location of a new Capital City Bank building on Hwy. 19 in front of the old Kmart building, which is now a warehouse for Super-Pufft Snacks USA. The new bank is being constructed on .61 acres located between the former Kmart parking lot and Byron Butler Parkway (U.S. Hwy. 19/27). The project will provide 15 parking spaces and sidewalk connections to Byron Butler Parkway. Capital City Bank is currently located at 115 W. Green St. in Perry and plans to relocate to the new building upon completion.
