Effie Noseworthy-Kasell, 70, passed away on Feb. 7, 2023, in Perry. A celebration of her life will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 14, at 11 a.m. at Athena Baptist Church. She will be taken back to her home in Newfoundland to be laid to rest in her family cemetery at a later date. All arrangements are under the direction of Burns Funeral Home of Perry.
