Luice ‘Spunky’ Powell

Luice “Spunky” Powell, 84, of Perry died Thursday, Nov. 14, 2013, at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital.

Services will be held Saturday, Nov. 23, at Springhill Missionary Baptist Church, with interment following at Springhill Cemetery.

Family will receive friends today (Friday) at Springhill Missionary Baptist from 5-7 p.m.
