Brynes expressed opposition at previous meetings

Councilman Bill Brynes has made it clear he is opposed to increasing the salary of Perry Police Department Chief Jamie Cruse, criticizing both City Attorney Ray Curtis and new City Manager John Hart for bringing proposals to the council for consideration.
