Save the date for new July event!

The Taylor County Historical Society has partnered with the Chamber of Commerce to hold a “Christmas in July” celebration on Friday, July 14, at Rosehead Park, starting at 6 p.m.

Free for families, the event will feature a special showing of a classic Christmas movie, along with arts and crafts vendors, concessions and the unveiling of the theme for this year’s “Downtown Christmas on the Square” and “Santa’s Little Helper Christmas Parade” planned Friday, Dec. 2.

Funds raised by the July event will support the annual downtown Christmas celebration.

Vendors applications for arts and crafts are currently being accepted.
