Pop’s Sanitation offers to bid on city solid waste job

Pop’s Sanitation owner Tommy Hardee has again offered to bid on the city’s contract for commercial solid waste hauling services, nearly two months after the city discovered its current contract with Waste Pro expired in 2021.
