Calvin Henry Ross

Calvin Henry Ross, 33, passed away on March 14, 2023, in Perry.

He was born June 30, 1989, in Perry to Nelson and Janice Blanton Ross.

Calvin liked to hunt and storm chase. He especially enjoyed spending time with his children.

He also loved to go to church and spend time reading his Bible.

His friends, Susie and Randy Brummitt said that Calvin called them every week and would talk to them about the coming of the Lord and how he wanted to make sure that he told as many people as possible to be ready for His coming.

According to his wife, Jennifer, Calvin was a loving husband and a good, loving father to their children.

Calvin was preceded in death by his grandparents, James H. and Rosa Lee Ross, and Evan and Lois Blanton.

He is survived by: his wife of four years, Jennifer Ross; two children, Jesus Christ Ross and Hannah Lynn Ross; and his parents, Nelson and Janice Ross.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 24, at 11 a.m. at Burns Funeral Home of Perry with the Rev. Randy Brummitt and the Rev. David Stephens officiating.

The family will receive friends beginning one hour prior to the service, beginning at 10 a.m.
