City puts Super-Pufft ‘on notice’ of utility cut-offs for late payments

The city council has put Super-Pufft Snacks “on notice” that it will begin enforcing provisions in its utility service agreement, potentially cutting off water and gas service to the city’s largest utility customer if payment is not received for services within 60 days of being due.
