Margaret Renee Berezein, 51, passed away on March 29, 2023, in Gainesville.

Renee was born Nov. 2, 1971, in Gainesville to Daniel Bennett and Margaret Tomlinson Bennett.

She was a photographer and enjoyed singing, spending time with her grandchildren and baking cheesecakes. She enjoyed her life and loved to take care of people.

Renee was preceded in death by: her daddy, Daniel Bennett; her grandmother, Myrtle Bennett; and her aunts, Linda McCullers and Vonda Pearce.

She is survived by: her mother, Margaret Bennett; three children, Dustin “Herman” Berezein (Isabelle), Victoria Pugh (Austin) and Rhetta Poole; partner, Jason Poole; four grandchildren, Raelynn, Cooper, Brixton and Hazel; and one brother, Daniel “Little Dink” Bennett Jr. (Stephanie); as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 7, at 11 a.m. at The Journey church in Mayo with Brother Wayne Hudson officiating. Interment services will follow in Lighthouse Christian Center Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, from 10-11 a.m, at the church.
