Blizzard coming to Perry

Blizzard fan club members should soon be able to “Grill and Chill” at Dairy Queen in Perry, as a St. Petersburg company has submitted an application for a permit that could clear the way to construct a new fast food and ice cream location on Byron Butler Parkway.
