Brynes suggests mayor resign

Nearly one month after engaging in an explosive exchange with Mayor Shirlie Hampton, who accused him of “poisoning the city” and negatively affecting employee morale, City Councilman Bill Brynes has responded with his own letter, accusing City Attorney Ray Curtis of unethical conduct and suggesting Hampton resign.
