Metcalf places fifth at state weightlifting meet

Taylor County High School (TCHS) junior Madden Metcalf took fifth place at the Florida High School Athletics Association (FHSAA) State Championship Weightlifting Meet on Saturday in Lakeland – becoming the only junior in his classification to medal at the state meet.
