Coffee shop construction brewing quickly

Site work is underway for Ellianos Coffee Co. — a specialty coffee chain known for its drive-thru only service – at the Perry Square shopping center. Surrounded by a chain link fence, crews were busy on the foundation and framing work of the free-standing, 800-square-foot, dual drive-thru building being constructed on .17 acres in the existing parking lot of the shopping center located at 2020 S. Jefferson Street.
