Brynes asks city to forgive $20,000 charge for DMH

Recently-hired City Manager John Hart has been tasked with wading through yet another murky water-related issue on behalf of the city council — this time a nearly $20,000 bill owed by Doctors’ Memorial Hospital (DMH) dating back to 2019.
