1st Ave. paving needs small mitigation credit

Due to an apparent “rounding error,” the county has been required to purchase an additional 1/100th of a mitigation credit to offset the identified environment impacts associated with the upcoming 1st Avenue widening and resurfacing project in Steinhatchee.
