Brynes criticizes auditor, calls financial report ‘unacceptable’

Councilman Bill Brynes voiced harsh criticism of the city’s auditing firm, calling the city’s annual comprehensive financial report “totally unacceptable” and stating he would be “embarrassed” to present the report in a public meeting.
