City cuts $17,600 DMH bill in half

After agreeing that the issue “could have been handled better on both ends,” the Perry City Council and Doctors’ Memorial Hospital (DMH) have mutually agreed to split responsibility for a $17,600 bill charged to the hospital back in 2019.
