Dallas ‘Randy’ Randolph Chapman Jr.

Dallas “Randy” Randolph Chapman Jr., 68, passed away on May 25, 2023, in Valdosta, Ga.

Randy was born Feb. 20, 1955 in Tampa to Dallas Randolph Chapman Sr. and Jelani Fuller Chapman.

He loved spending time with his grandchildren. He accepted Christ as his savior on June 16, 2017, and was a faithful member of The Potter’s House Church in Perry.

Randy was preceded in death by his parents, Dallas Randolph Chapman Sr. and Jelani Nell Fuller Chapman, and his son, Scott Chapman.

He is survived by: his son, James William Chapman; his daughter, Keica Hendricks and her husband, Bryan; six grandchildren, Christopher Hunter, Bubba Hunter, Scott McCranie, Stephanie McCranie, Kara Lynn Dixon and “Little Gary” McCranie Jr.; three great-grandchildren, Harmonie Green, McKenzie McCranie and Sawyer McCranie; two sisters, Brenda Oney and J.G. Leverett; a half-brother Vance Chapman; and one stepson, Shawn Hunter.
