Perry-Taylor County Chamber of Commerce Director Dawn Taylor, right, was the special guest of Florida’s First Lady Ann Scott, left, at a Community Leaders Dinner held at the Governor’s Mansion. Taylor joined a select group of attendees who traveled to the event from all across the state, including Panama City Beach and Miami.
