Boys-girls scrimmage, car wash to raise funds for soccer teams

Taylor County High’s boys and girls soccer teams will be having two fund-raisers this Friday and Saturday to help fund the practice field project.

On Friday the boys (3-4-2 on the year) will play the girls (11-4) at 6 p.m. at Dorsett Stadium. General admission for adults and students will be $2.

Then on Saturday, from 8 a.m. until 12 noon, the soccer teams will be conducting a car wash at Ace Hardware. The cost of the car wash is $5 and donations will gladly be accepted.
