Randall Jay Thomas, 62, passed away on July 30, 2023, in Perry. Graveside services will be held on Friday, Aug. 4, at 11 a.m. at San Pedro Baptist Church Cemetery. All arrangements are under the direction of Burns Funeral Home of Perry.
