City received 3 bids for commercial solid waste

More than a month after deciding to re-advertise because the first two bids received were “like comparing apples and oranges,” the City of Perry received three responses to a request for proposals from companies seeking to provide commercial solid waste collection and disposal services for businesses with dumpsters within the city limits.
