Welcome back students!

The drop-off line at Taylor County Elementary School (TCES) stretched all the way back to Green Street Thursday morning as students returned to class to begin the 2023-24 school year. Staff welcomed back students with hugs and cheerful greetings. Signs spotlighting the school’s top performing students — those who scored a Level 5 last year in math, reading and science — lined the walkway and driveway.
