TCI sergeant charged with smuggling contraband

A Taylor Correctional Institution (TCI) sergeant was arrested Thursday, Dec. 5, and charged with multiple felonies related to smuggling cell phones and tobacco to inmates incarcerated at the facility.

Delrikos Brooks, 32, was charged with conspiracy to introduce contraband, unlawful reward for official behavior and money laundering.
