Perry Primary School’s Snowflakes Gift Shop opens today (Friday) and continues through Thursday, Dec. 19, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.
“The shop is a convenient way for students to shop for their family, relatives and friends by themselves and then be excited about giving a gift. Adult volunteers will be on hand to assist students. Most items are $2, but prices will range from $1 to $5. It would be best if parents put the student’s money in an envelope and marked it ‘Snowflakes Gift Shop,’ and then write the names of who he/she is shopping for, keeping in mind that most items are $2. Checks can be made out to Perry Primary School,” organizers said.
The event is a fundraiser for the school’s Positive Behavior Support Program (PBS) and proceeds will help provide support for students and teachers regarding good behavior.
