Chanda Faye Franklin

Chanda Faye Franklin, 60, transitioned on Aug. 30, 2023. She was born Sept. 17, 1962, to John and Ruby Mae Franklin in Perry. Chanda was educated in the Taylor County school system. She leaves to cherish her memory: three sisters, Donna K. Franklin and Debra Franklin of Perry, and Helen Stoudemire of St. Mary, Ga.; a brother, Donald (Gloria) Franklin of St. Petersburg; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Public visitation will be held Saturday, Sept. 9, from 1:30-2:30 p.m. at Trinity House of Praise, followed with a 3 p.m. “Celebration of Life” service at the same church.
