GP has sold most of the other plants purchased from Buckeye

The 2013 merger of Buckeye Technologies and Georgia-Pacific (GP), under which the Perry-Foley cellulose mill was purchased by GP, also included the acquisition of cotton cellulose mills in Memphis, Tenn. and Lumberton, N.C., as well as mills producing nonwovens in Mt. Holly, N.C., and Steinfurt, Germany.
