Eddie James Robinson Jr., 53, passed on Sept. 9, 2023, in Tallahassee. He was born Sept. 7, 1970, to Eddie James Robinson Sr. and Sadie Bellemy. Eddie grew from childhood to manhood enjoying the love of family and friends. He leaves to cherish his memory: his wife, Chelsy Robinson; four children, Dantazman Willis, Za’miah Robinson, Nylah Robinson and Jacilen Foster; his mother, Sadie M. Bellemy; brothers, Curtis Mango Sr. (Cynthia Ellis), John A. Herring, Derrick Pope, Lamar James, Treon Foster (Lashandra), Travis Tise, Sedderick Anderson and Walter Bishop; and sisters, Peggy Bellemy, Cheryl A. Robinson (John Gordon), Cynthia and Dobie Hagan, Vicky Pope, Lavern Robinson (Michael), Ruby Nell Scott (Robert), Shirley Herring, Diane Pope, Edna McGriff, Lavon Mallard, Eullaan Daniels, Liketree Foster (Angle Debgado), Dominque Foster, Trina Wright (Greg) and Zaundra Neal; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Public visitation will be held Friday, Sept. 22, from 5-6 p.m. at the Trinity House of Praise Graveside services will be held Saturday, Sept. 23, at 1 p.m. at Springhill Cemetery.
