City may pull 3% raises due to GP revenue shortfall

Faced with a projected $500,000 annual revenue shortfall due to the closure of the Georgia-Pacific (GP) Foley Cellulose Mill, the city council is considering a number of options, including removing 3% employee raises from the proposed budget.
