BBQ goodness!

After a herculean effort to clear hundreds of trees downed by Hurricane Idalia, the 2023 Smokin’ in the Pines BBQ Festival drew a record number of vendors and an estimated 4,000 people to Forest Capital Park this weekend. “Judging from the smiles of those that attended, I feel it was a success and just what our community needed! Thanks to all those that had a part in making it awesome!” organizer Dawn Perez said.
