Regional planning council to ‘quantify’ economic impact

The North Central Florida Regional Planning Council (NCFRPC) will develop an economic impact study to quantify the potential financial impacts to Taylor County from the impending closure of Georgia-Pacific’s (GP) Foley Cellulose mill.
