Body found in river ID’d as Alabama man

For nearly 30 years, the family of James Aaron Toole has marked the anniversary of his disappearance with hope and despair – hope they might one day find answers as to why he was suddenly no longer in their lives and despair over simply not knowing how or why he vanished.
